Thank you so much Rod and to your mechanic working last Saturday morning. My family and I were driving up the Pacific Hwy from Sydney in our 4WD which suddenly became very loose in its steering. We felt unsafe driving and knew we needed our car to be checked ASAP. I phoned a number of mechanics and Rod at Ultra Tune Kempsey was the only one who was willing to look over our car. Rod showed concern with our safety driving and with an open hand greeted us when we finally made it to his mechanic workshop. With Rod's experience and professionalism and expertise...he pin-pointed our issue...a loose bolt in one of the linkage arms of our 4WD....potentially very serious ramifications if we kept driving unfixed.
