Good size and layout. The non smoking signs near the door often has the security guy standing nearby with cigarette in hand. Not good presentation, and my kids get 2nd hand smoke from this Mall cop Wally since we must walk past to get in. Sort this out big dub!
Big W in Kempsey is always very well stocked. It's one of the main reasons our family shops there. But there are so few staff in there nowadays. This makes it very difficult as you have to walk the entire store for one or two things. Please put more staff on!
Such a good store! Friendly, helpful staff. Great prices and a good selection of products considering it's a regional store.The store itself is kept clean and is well lit.It has a wheelchair access and plenty of parking.The staff are approachable and will try to order in extra items for you if they are available.Lots of good value here :) :)
