Staff was friendly and helpful it would be good if they had a section to do small jobs in sawing wood for customers but very good service
Customer service is excellent. Other than that, its pretty average. Limited range, chaotic parking/timber/trade area and the bathroom is REALLY grotty.

Floor staff here make you feel like a nuisance. Often when I ask for something I am met with a sigh or I am palmed off onto other staff. A lot of people in Kempsey drive to Port because of this, it's not just myself. The entire staff need a confidence boost or some positive vibes from those in charge because from the front desk to the back, all staff seem unhappy and lack enthusiasm.
This is the most friendly Bunnings I have ever been too (and I have been to a lot). Not one employee walked past me without at least saying hello. They are super helpful and knowledgeable.
