Some staff are amazing at customer service and some staff look like they dont want there job..lol.

I went there 45 minutes before closure and saw that Jason in the distance was shutting the doors. When I asked why he was closing at 7:15pm when the closing time was at 8pm, I was told that in winter they close earlier. Didn't argue that we were in spring, being September... So I guess there's better choice of liquor stores in Kempsey.
Arguably, the best customer service in Kempsey. Very friendly staff who know their job and product range. Always willing to help you take goods to your car.
